As a clinic providing integrative medicine, we have a unique three-fold approach to providing mental health care
We believe in the need to treat the whole person, understanding the root cause of your, or your child’s, challenges.
Our approach goes beyond symptom suppression, combining psychological intervention (therapy, counselling, coaching), medication, and functional medicine (gut health, lifestyle, and nutrition) to focus on lasting results.
